Studio 3

Studio 3, is an ideal mixing, programming, recording, podcasting, production, and rehearsal space - including an adjoining booth large enough for a drum kit. It is air conditioned (silent), sound proofed, tuned to 100hz, has quadruple glazing and is independently alarmed.

The room comes with a USB interface, studio montiors, midi keyboard, condenser microphone, desk, and seating as standard. This can be removed upon request to make space for front of house.

Sensible also has a wide range of backline equipment (listed below) including numerous synths, guitars, basses, amplifiers, mics, outboard, and drum kits that can be made available for the room at a discounted hire price.

Measurements: 3.6m wide by 4.8m long. Vocal booth: 3.6m wide by 1.8m long.

Floorplans

Studio 3 features a control room and iso booth combined into one, connected through two thick sliding glass doors for isolation between tracking and performing. The two rooms come with an XLR patch bay with lines pre-run between them.
